You need to know how to grow partnerships that align with our mission, understand the nuances of different partnership types, and have the drive to take our affiliate program, community partnerships, and content sponsorships to new heights.
You love working at the intersection of strategy and execution—identifying opportunities, creating value, and building relationships that directly contribute to revenue. From vetting companies that will offer valuable resources to our private community, to negotiating large-scale affiliate deals that have the potential to generate millions in revenue, you’ll be hands-on in every aspect of building this department.
This role isn’t isolated. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and community teams to ensure our partnerships deliver value across every channel—from newsletters and social platforms to our private community. You’ll develop sponsorship and affiliate programs, identify high-quality partners, and build a scalable structure that supports both short- and long-term company growth.
You’ll start by getting your hands dirty, leading sales efforts and closing initial deals. But as the department grows, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and lead a team, shaping the future of strategic partnerships at our fast-scaling company.
Though you’ll begin working across multiple areas—content sponsorships, community partnerships, and affiliate sales—there’s plenty of room to focus on your strengths as we expand.
