Why our work matters …

The “Silver Tsunami” is in full effect, with Baby Boomers retiring and their businesses needing a succession plan.

Their businesses have been run for decades, many at a healthy profit, but alas, they have been overlooked by institutional investors.

And since many Millennials are focused on becoming YouTube stars and not wanting to own their parent’s landscaping company (even if it’s making millions) these Boomers are forced to either close or sell their business.

Therein lies our opportunity.

We call them “Boring Businesses”. They are your local laundromats, car washes, pool cleaning routes, handyman services, etc.–the unsexy blue-collar businesses that no one thinks about but everyone needs. And boy are they profitable.

Position Overview

We're seeking an analytical and results-oriented Growth Marketer with 4+ years of experience in revenue operations and funnel optimization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing systems that drive measurable growth in both customer acquisition and revenue. You should excel at connecting marketing metrics to business outcomes and have deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and conversion optimization. KPIs will include cross-platform distribution metrics (impressions, followers, readers, subscribers), engagement, conversion, and overall revenue and LTV.

What You'll Own

  • Design, implement, and optimize full-funnel growth strategies that drive measurable revenue impact
  • Manage and optimize the lead qualification process, ensuring high-quality handoffs to our sales team
  • Work closely with our paid media agency to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and lead flow from paid channels
  • Build and optimize automated nurture campaigns that move leads through the funnel effectively
  • Create and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance and conversion rates
  • Partner with our sales team (12 people) to identify friction points and implement solutions that accelerate deal velocity
  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and other conversion points
  • Monitor and maintain tracking infrastructure (pixels, UTMs, etc.) to ensure accurate attribution

What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or revenue operations, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates
    • Deep understanding of B2C sales funnels and the metrics that matter at each stage
    • Experience working with paid acquisition channels (from an operations/tracking perspective)
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions
    • Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms, Hubspot CRM system and Wordpress
    • Experience in sales enablement or direct sales support
    • Track record of implementing and optimizing lead scoring and qualification systems

    • Technical understanding of tracking implementations and troubleshooting

    Salary: $110-140k base + results based performance bonus
